Only thing I would say was that the service advisor didn’t seem very friendly. Everyone else were nice.

The best service I’ve ever had anywhere to date!! It all began with a phone call to the parts department for a quote on a battery, to being informed that I might not have to purchase one if mine is still under warranty. From there I was transferred over to a very helpful representative who was able to schedule me an appointment THAT SAME DAY, showed up spoke to nick ( great guy very friendly) and 45 minutes later I had a new battery installed at NO COST whatsoever. I couldn't be anymore satisfied, thanks El Monte Honda ????????????????

Ryan was a great service advisor. It was a little crowded so I did feel like he rushed to get me out since he had so many people waiting. Besides that everything was great. I hope my Honda Pilot stops giving me issues.

I came to the service department for a recall for my 2007 Honda Accord. Gabriel met me with a smile and gave me a firm handshake. He asked me are here for a recall. I was surprised he guessed it right. Then he asked me, is this your son’s car. I said “yes”. He still remembers my son’s car after 2 years. While talking to me he noticed that the rubber around the driver side was loose he fixed with his bare hands for goodwill. Then he offered me the shuttle service and told the driver that I need a ride home. He then told me, my car will be ready at 12 noon. Finally, I barely got home when Gabriel message me that the car is ready for pickup pick-up. I applaud El Monte Honda for exemplary service. I strongly commend Gabriel for his excellent customer service.
