Well groomed service techs Andika was a great help . Found the problem and fixed it . Even went to call me to give me an update and to make sure I’m in the loop we are currently waiting for our insurance adjuster to finallize wat Honda found that was wrong hope it goes as smooth as the service here great job on hiring this guy .

Car was delivered dirty with greasy marks left on bumper and interior.
I took my car to service, upon arrival it was visually inspected by Mr Avilés, he noted on the inspection sheet that there was not visual damages to the car. After service was done and my car was returned, I discovered a bump on the back fender of the driver side. I pointed to Mr Avilés the damage, and that it was not there before the service. He said that they will check the cameras to find when the damage was done, but did not make an effort to fix it
I had a nail in my front driver side. It was just a nail and it wasnt on the side well.
I have checked it before I visited shop
But I was told to get my tire replaced with new tire because the location of nail But I saw the replacement
It ‘s doesn’t look brand new to me. Now I wonder if my tires really got replaced or not. Maybe they just patched it. I don’t have proves I only have pictures after replacement. I’m not a expert on tire but my replacement tire looks little used.
