Talk about a horrible experience. First of all, when I leased my vehicle I signed up for the option to take my vehicle for service and maintenance. The representative told me I was able to take my vehicle to any Honda dealership. I was very disappointed to find out I can only take it to the El Monte dealership. It’s a big inconvenience for me as I live in West Covina. Honda representatives should not be lying to customers. Secondly, when I arrived to the El Monte dealership, I asked them how long the service would take. They told me it would take 1 hour and 10 minutes. I waited a little over 2 hours. They need to either not give an estimate of time when they aren’t sure or they should check in with the customer and let them know it’s going to take longer than expected. Last but not least, when they took my vehicle for a wash it came back looking pretty much the same as before. My vehicle still had a lot of dirt and water marks all over it. It looked like they just threw water on it and did a very poor job of drying it. Overall it was a very poor and disappointing experience. I hope this message can help that dealership tighten things up so customers will want to continue doing business with them.

Andy was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful. He was provided a lot of information about my car and told me about the free first time oil change for my car. If I were to tell someone, I would tell that person to go to Andy for service! Also Nick was polite, respectful, and helpful as well

My first time bringing my Honda to the service dept. I was told I had a free oil change and tire rotation but the person in the service dept. told me my tires didn't need rotating. I have 9800 plus miles on my car and my vehicle most definitely needed the tires rotated. Was a little miffed that your service dept. couldn't do a simple tire rotation that would of taken a few minutes to do. Not happy about that, and it left a bad first impression for my first time at your service dept.....
