Gabriel has terrible customer service. When I first arrived I was already frustrated as I was having many car issues. I arrived to my appointment on time and waited for him to come out, when he did come out he passed me up and went to the person that had gotten there way after me. After finally attending to me his customer service was terrible, he doesn’t listen to what a customer has to say and kind of just shuts you up and says there’s nothing they can do to fix the problem. After speaking to him for a very long time and him checking my car he realized that there was actually something wrong with it and finally said they would fix it. I left my car there and called the next day multiple times to get an update and he was dodging my call and every single time I called they said he was “busy”. I finally set my foot down and asked to be put on hold till he was no longer busy and magically he picked up the phone 2 minutes later. I’ve gotten my car serviced here multiple times and Gabriel by far has been the worst advisor I have ever come across.
give him a raise or bonus . he was professional, knowledgeable, and super patient even considering all the bs my car was doing. he is the reason why i will consider repurchasing my honda care warranty.
Gabriel did a great job from start to completion. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed on the items to be taken care of. He is a definite asset to the organization.

I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before someone greeted me. An Asian arrived and did not park in the appointment lane and was served prior to me and another person who was behind me. I do not think this was bery poor customer service.
I did not have a document extended by Honda El Monte to pickup my car after repair.
Service completed fast and professional.
I asked Christian if it could be possible to get my car washed after the service was done and he told me he “would make it happen”. When I was notified that my car was ready, I came to pick up my car and it was not washed. At that point I didn’t say anything because I had to leave already.
Another thing I didn’t like was that I asked him if everything was ok with my car (because they usually go over the list with me) and I didn’t hear him say yes or anything. He just told me “sign here and here and you’re set to go”.
His manner was very unprofessional. This is not the service I usually get when I come to Nelson Honda.
