The service department customer service is superior than any other car dealership! The text messages before, during and after are highly commendable and superior connections to the service department! I also enjoyed that they will tell you other repairs that are needed after a through review of the car! The waiting rooms are comfortable for both areas of TV VIEWING and sitting area in the showroom. Great job EL MONTE HONDA!!!

I took my car in at 8:00am and was not contacted by Ryan with what was wrong with the car. I had to finally call at 3:00pm to find out what was going on. I was not happy about that. I spoke to Pink who I felt was just trying to rush me off the phone saying that Ryan was at lunch and would call me back. I asked if I could speak to someone else to give me an update and then was told Ryan would call me in a few minutes with the cost of parts and labor which he call back in lass than 10 minutes. Was disappointed with the overall service.

The only thing that I was not please with is that they would not honor the coupon that I mentioned online when I booked the appt with a young lady. Manny said it had to be presented initially so therefore we could not use it. I am going through a financial hardship at the moment due to a divorce. That coupon would of helped me greatly. In this modern time I do not understand why so strict with online coupon.
