I took my car in twice within a week and a half. First I had my oil changed and I complained about my tire pressure light. They said that it was looked at and that the tires were fine. I took my car back for its scheduled maintenance for the air conditioner. I told the advisor that the tire pressure light went back on and attributed it to the fact that all my tires did not match, but said he would check it. When I left the dealership my cars check pressure light was on. When I wanted to leave for work at 2:30 in the morning my cars tire was flat. I had to call in sick for work and lost my pay. Did anyone even check my tires?

I didn't like that I have paid for a maintenance program and the assistant at the service department who assisted me could not find that information on file and tried charging me the regular price.
