Christian Aviles has clearly shown today that he does not know how to provide a great customer experience. From the moment he approached me at my vehicle, I could already tell by his body language that he must not like his job. The way he greeted me was not professional. Since I brought my own 5 quart oil, I specifically told him to make sure the techinician only pours in 4.5 quarts when doing the oil change. When I came back to pick up my car, I found out that 5 quarts of oil was poured in to my motor. I told him to drain some of it out and he says I would have to be patient with him because he was busy now. He was very rude about the situation. People like Christian does not deserve to be employed in this type of work. His lack of customer service and listening skills clearly shows that he does not know how to deal with people. I was planning on purchasing a new Honda next month at this dealership. But because of this experience, I have decided to purchase elsewhere. El Monte Honda needs to focus more on customer service training for their employees.

I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced by El Monte Honda and each time I go to pick up my vehicle they forget my car wash when I specifically request them. It’s very irritating and unprofessional; why tell me that you’d be happy to, if my request is never accommodated.

not very nice. I felt like I was bothering him. But He seemed to greet other employees a lot better then the customers. His txt messages were spot on, very polite and professional. Hope next time (if), I get someone else who seems to care.

I appreciate the person who answered and helped service my car. He is pleasant and makes me understand what the services are included. However, I am disappointed at the lady who set me up for the appointment. I clearly told her I wanted B1 service and she didn’t quote me proper price. She told me it’s only $68 for oil change. She didn’t even quote correctly. It makes me felt she purposely omitted information from customers. Maybe your company can properly train your employees more.
