Overall the service was great, however initial estimate was wrong. The quote given over the phone was for a 4 Cylinder vehicle rather than a 6 cylinder. This was explained when a quote was requested, resulting in additional cost. Not a dealbreaker, but I would like A little more attention to detail and accuracy.

Your technicians did absolutely no inspection of my car yet I was told they did and that everything was perfect and safe. However, taking my car in I knew the tire was flat and had an impossible to miss large screw in the sidewalk that I picked up on the drive to the dealership.

The advisor assigned to me was Ryan but it was another, Christian who promptly addressed all my concerns and wrote up my work. Christian get a “10” across the board. I will ask for/recommend Adika or Christian next time.
