I had a coupon for the service I requested for. When I presented the coupon during checkout I was told they cannot change the price at checkout. It is really surprising to hear that specially when we have done it before. Moreover, I bought the vehicle at the same dealership and have been nowhere but there for any services for my and my husband’s vehicle. I was disappointed that I was not provided with the special price (coupon price) and when I presented it I was refused. The price difference with and without the coupon is $30 which is not a huge amount in itself, but considering the total price of $114, $30 is more than 30% in this case. I have had really bad experiences for the last few visits to El Monte Honda and I do not think I will go there any more for my vehicle.
