I usually have a great experience at Honda El Monte. This time felt like I was being sold as soon as I drove into the service station. I never received my copies of paper work about how my car is doing. Very disappointed

Manuel Montoya is awesome. He made sure my car issues is taken car of. When I told him that my car had rattling noise in cold whether, he made sure the tech test-drove the car right away unlike other service advisor that left my car in the sun before test-drove it. When Manuek asked if I could leave the car overnight, I agreed to it right away. He made sure someone took me home when the shuttle driver was not available. I really appreciated his effort. I've had multiple service advisors in the past at your dealership and Manuel is by far the best and he listened to my car issues unlike others that just took a note but not listening. Thank you Manuel

Had an appointment at 8:30, arrived around 7:50. Didn’t get my car back till 10:30. Horrible service and no point of having an appointment if you’re going to wait 2 hours
