Nick Hernandez is an excellent Service writer, what blew me away, was the price for the service, for what i did to my Honda civic and an to my Rav4 at Longo for exactly the same service is a difrence of about 100.00 and to topit off 50.00 to replace my batery?? and also an additional 80.00 to lube the rail of my sunroof!?? Dont think so... Thanks but I'll be looking for and alternative for the service of my Honda...

My experiences at Honda have always been super good juan always takes good care of me and my car . He also gives me good advice on my car and when my car is service it’s always on time I’m also very happy with the rest of the staff everyone there is really nice and helpful . I would not take my car anywhere else.
I do not know who Philip Becerra is. I dealt with the service director Scott Loveless and he was amazing. He also called the emissions tech, James in and he too was amazing with his knowledge of the problem I had.
