You guys should offer rental cars to customers. My rental car experience was a nightmare and I wasn't offered one until I called the manager and by the time I went to pick it up, my vehicle was ready. My service advisor did a great job otherwise.
I came in for a defective sliding door not closing on my van. The service coordinator said that he could not duplicate the problem therefore they could not fix it. I pick up my van and come home and again my door will not fully close. I wasted an entire day bringing my van in to get the door fixed and will have to waste another day bringing it in again.

Came in Feb 6 for an Oil Change + Multipoint Inspection
Called on Feb 22 because my transmission dipstick was not put back. Pink said the part would be ready upon my arrival at 9 AM
Feb 22 9 AM - Was told the part was NOT available by the sales reps inside. Waited ONE HOUR to speak to a manager to fix the problem caused by the FEB 6 visit. Went to the service department myself to explain situation. They told me the same thing, and THEN was told that the part was available, to go with Nick. The part was then readily available by Nick. Nick helped me out ASAP. HOWEVER, I still waited an HOUR for nothing. No communication between inside reps and service department. I believe I should be compensated for
1 Service not being done correctly
2 Having to come back to fix issue
3 Waiting an hour for a part (that was so simple I put it in myself)
4 Not one manager available to compensate for the three inconveniences
5 Having to go BACK to this dealer because Service Director and Parts Manager were not available on Saturday Feb 22.
Please advise on what compensation can be made!!
