Juan is always professional and gives awesome customerservice. He explains the service my car needs and why. This time after my car had much needed service auch as: oil change,brakes, filters, etc. I noticed that my car drives alot better. When I dropped the car off, the employee said he would call me for updates. On the same day, he did call me to inform that the car would be kept longer. However after that I didn't receive any call regarding my car's issues as well as what have been done. No plan was discussed. Even after the car is done, I just simply get a text message about picking up and payment?
