You guys forgot to fix my headlights after I specifically told you to fix them. Now I have to drive back, wait 1 hr, and repeat the whole process of auto repair. Not satisfied.

Manual Montoya did a great job. The vehicle has a problem that has not been repaired satifactorially. Honda corporation knows this and refuses to resolve the issue. I will have to hire a lawyer to resolve this because honda corporation refuses to dlove this problem.
Phillip Becerra has been one of the best people to do business with. Not once have I had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of my vehicle. He's very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. I recommend Carpros Honda to anyone.

Andika was very helpful to let me know the issue with my car. He helped to have a goodwill on my car though I was out of warranty. I appreciate his & Scott’s service to help us out when my car was not a recall on the ac condenser leakage. Hope Honda can fix this issue with future models. I have only had this car for 2.5 years & my AC unit went out 3 times already. Thank you.
