I waited way too long. I understand staff was limited, but staff should have offer me a or insist me to get a ride home. I have been a loyal customer for many years.
Your employee service fee is super expensive, it is unreasonable! I did a car maintenance labor charge me 195
The technicians and Andika Citra finished the job very fast and not time consuming. It was a very good deal. The workers were very professional. Every time I need to do something for my car I always go to these guys. They are very cheerful and helpful.

Excluding him, I would love for the dealer to have a transportation system even during the virus. Not everyone has family to depend. if the dealer could add the car wash service it would be nice.

Our Advisor, Andika Citra, ElMonte Honda is has a great smile and a big welcome and is always the best Customer Service so easy to make an appointment even if he has to arrange another day it is so effortlesssnd I feel all works out well. The service was so efficient I will be brining a second car for service. They have a comfortable customer are like a living room with the best coffee selection. I'm coming back to Andika tomorrow to have my 2nd car serviced. Look forward to the next service day
