Went in for a fuel pump assembly recall. Asked advisor to also look at a system warning sign on dashboard thar read, SOME DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM CANNOT OPERATE: RADAR OBSTRUCTED. Advisor told me diagnostic would cost $175 if not a fault issue. Went to GUADY...the advisor cleaned the radar panel in front of the grill and took care of my problem on the spot. Not going back to El Monte Honda. They also make you wait 20-30 minutes when picking up the car...when other advisors are loitering around, joking loudly in Spanish. Very unprofessional.
Great service, I would recommend having Juan Montes service my family or friend’s vehicles as well!

I was called a few days prior about an upcoming service that was on my car's computer. The rep mentioned that there was a special going on and that i should book by the 31st.
I booked the appointment. Received an email regarding the details which matched the service code on the car. When I arrived, i pulled in the service line and stayed in the car per usual. 5 service men walked by and left me unacknoweldged. I got out the car and stood in front of the door where 2 men where working. I waited about 3 minutes before i asked if i was in the wrong place as I wasnt acknowledged yet. Someone came and gave me an eta of the closer mechanic. The coupon or special was not the same as what the maintenance code.
In summary:
* the customer service experience was a 2 out of 5
* the maintenance special was falsely advertised.
Andika has always been helpful and always taken care of my car. He recommends what is important and understand the car really well. I’ve no doubt that if my car is taken care by Andika, it’d be completely taken care of.
Nick Hernandez provided superb service and gave me options that I was very pleased with.
Appreciate that he was able to answer my questions.
It took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. No one would come to my car to ask me what I needed to do. No one knew who was supposed to help me and they kept asking if I knew. How was I supposed to know that?!?! Very unorganized service! For sure I won’t be coming back to this dealer.

For my first car service a simple oil change, it took almost 3 hours. In the 59 years I had many new cars and I have never waited that long for a oil change and fluid check only. And I had an appointment, other than that the staff was nice.
Last service damaged my car. Caused noice after tire rotation and changed of fluid. Refuse to repair the noise I keep hearing and your mechanics keep saying they cannot hear any noise. My family keep hearing the noise.
You keep refusing to believe our report. I never heard any noise not until this job was done. Very poor customer service. Now I have to live up with this noise. I paid for the service to damage my car. What kind of customer service do you have??
