He was very kind and helpful! He did a good job in explaining what service was gonna be done on my car and he followed up with me if other things had to be done. He also told me about the payment program which was very important for me to know so that I was able to get the full service on my vehicle done without the **** of having to pay it in full that day. I had to pay $165 for nothing because they did not solve my issue. I asked the advisor if he could at least reprogram my lane detector camera to see if it’ll work meanwhile I go all the way to Riverside Honda which us where I boyfriend my car but he said he would have to charge me extra for that.

I got a text saying my car will be ready at certain time and service advisor sent me a shuttle, when I arrived to pick up car wasn’t ready, I got another shuttle back to my job and the day after my car was finally ready, Any way I can’t pick up the car till this coming Monday August 10, not only that, repair is really expensive
