I have a 2016 Honda Civic with cream/beige interior and seats. I took my car in for an AC warranty repair. When picking up my car after the service was done, I see that my seats are completely dirty (I have pictures to provide). I don’t know if they didn’t cover the seats before doing the work or what could have happened but at this point it doesn’t matter. Like mentioned, my seats are cream/beige so it’s highly noticeable. At this level of service, that is completely unacceptable, disrespectful and unprofessional.
