The oil pan plug was stripped. They didn’t tell me about it until they already had it removed from the car. He assured me that in light of the pandemic the car was wiped down when I got there and then wipe down again when I left. Except they were still greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel. I went in and said something to the service guy about that and he said there’s paper towels in the women’s bathroom. He expected me to clean it up myself he didn’t offer to come take a look.

Over booked my appointment. Told me it would be an hour and a half. After I complained they managed to get me in but late. Also every other dealership I have done business with has washed my car and swept it out. As a curtasey of purchasing the car their. Also got at least the first two oil changes free. I was told this dealership does not offer this. It took me more than six months to get my spare key. When asking about it to do was just treated very rudely. Eventually it was found. I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealer with such power coustomer device. I will be writing a letter to dodge.

My vehicle had an appointment for Saturday and was never looked at until Wednesday. I called 3 times to check and see if we had an issue. No issue was found despite multiple tests except a dead battery. I had to have them call the warranty department despite my request for them to call when I dropped it off. Only recommendation is a new battery despite multiple reports of a similar issue occurring with this model. Service staff were friendly..just not very informative
