Very professional, also got my truck down in a timely manner.
Work completed was no issues with all done good, the issue was there grease on steering wheel, on dash above start switch and on shifter. Numerous greasy hand prints all over hood and grill area. Found 2 inch cut in leather seat in rear of car I would like to think your people did not do it but appears to me they may have as I dont recall it previously being there. Those were my only issues and I would not have a problem returning for future repairs.

Compared to my one day earlier service my pricing charges not clear and feedback on brakes, tires, etc the higher level that I would expect from a Dealership...

It was great experience!!! He was very kind and attentive. It’s so nice to have something go smoothly.
Communication was very lacking with the service department. I asked for a call back and never received it, had to call the next day. Then when I dropped off my truck no one told me service was closing early, I left a note on my drop off envelope asking someone to call first thing in the morning and no one called. I finally called in at 1pm. Very frustrated with the lack of follow up. Work was done correctly and problem was corrected with the truck. I felt like I was not a priority because it was a warranty issue.
