Didn’t have an appointment and they took the time to take care of my problem
The 5 tire rotation wasn't performed as directed, the pattern I requested wasn't followed. The spare tire had one lug nut left loose, 2 of the 3 were tight. The air cleaned cover had one screw left completely loose. Why do I feel like I have to double check your work?
The guy that took care of me at the counter is a good dude.
Jerad is a good salesman as well. He worked with me a bit because I was considering another vehicle. He will definitely be who I call when I can move forward a bit more on that front
