I think appointments would be better...I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change.
Beyond satisfied!! Had all 3 of our vehicles over for oil changes.. they did an outstanding job!! They also checked out a noise in my 2020 Durango R/T and listened to a noise I was hearing.. I thought it was the “Hemi Tick” but the lifters were quite as could be, the noise was from the direct injection injectors.. which is common for that. They put the stethoscope on let me hear for myself which put my mind at great ease to say the least. Super great group and too notch professionalism all the way around!! Couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you!!
I wait at the dealership when I bring my vehicles in for service. My last 2 visits have been extended beyond what I was told as to the time required for the service. Both took at least an extra hour. I understand that is not an exact science so my comment I made today was that communication between the service department and the customer could be improved.

Jacob was very friendly and courteous in scheduling and signing us in for our Terrains repair, unlike the guy in the glass walled room with glasses and a moustache that I stopped at first who acted perturbed that I interrupted him. Jacob scheduled our repair and really researched our warranties to cover the entire costs of the repairs, and called me at work saying it was ready. He did everything right in our case. When we come back, hope to deal with jacob again and not have to deal with the other grumpy guy.

engine light and traction control light came on 30 minutes after leaving, got stuck in park again have to shut and turn off 2 times and apply pressure to shift out of park will be dropping van back off tomorrow
Able to fix car although took longer as part not in stock. I know service was busy, but would have appreciated call back on first day as told would be two hours. Five hours went by and I ended up calling. Second day in shop and had to call again mid afternoon to learn status report. With vehicle in shop for two days, and it being my only source of transportation, updates would have been appreciated. But job got done and covered under warranty.
I enjoy the fast and professional services. Everyone is so knowledgeable when I ask questions and your team is always courteous.
No need to contact me, I am a type of person that takes really good care of my vehicles. I had oil on my grill and smudge marks on hood. This will not deter me from not coming back but it does upset me. Just slow down and give quality work!
Jacob was very professional and handled my maintenance well beyond my expectations. Upon scheduling my appointment, he gave me and exact time frame on when my vehicle would be ready, and worked around my schedule as to allow me to pick the vehicle up at my earliest convenience. Five Stars!
