Own a dodge dart with a life time warranty,and on this visit was another recall, but I noted that something smells like it's getting to hot when I'm driving. 79 dollars later after they do a full check and nothing's wrong. Well I'll see you soon when this car has to be towed Again!! Thanks to anyone who may have read this

When we purchased our vehicle, we were told that we would get two extra oil changes besides the two that regular came with the vehicle. After the first two oil changes, we had to argue for the next two both times we went there because They didn’t want to give them to us. The last time I was there, I got so upset because they would not give us a free oil change we were told we would get, and the manager told me that he would give us two more free ones - so we went there today, and they would not honor what he said. We will no longer be going to Warsaw Buick GMC. We will not go there for service, we will not go there to purchase a car

I was shocked and surprised at the cost of your diagnostic tool. You charge $105 on top of the actual cost to fix the vehicle. I left and went to another dealership that charged $85 for the same diagnostic tool which is forgiven if you get the vehicle fixed with them. We came to find out that your diagnosis was incorrect! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my truck! Also the dealership I went to did not charge me the $85 for the diagnosis. You were going to charge me $950 for a fuel pump I didn’t even need! I will never come back to your dealership! The manager was very unsympathetic to me! I have my truck and my wife’s car serviced at Warsaw regularly, but because of how I was treated this past time, I will take my business elsewhere.

Very informative and helpful.
