Don was very informative about my car and very attended . I truly felt comfortable with him being that I'm truly afraid of people driving me but the eased of his voice as he answer questions about my car that no one else has ever given me correctly answer. Give him a rise and a few extra days off with pay..a valuable person to your company.

My tire pressure was low and battery test or inspection was not completed.I am not completely satisfied.
I brought a whole stack of magazines with me. I didn’t have time to read any of them. My rep was Don Matol. He is an exceptional employee and probably the best I’ve ever dealt with since buying my car there in 2015. I really like the fact that he checked my maintenance list. Told me I was doing a good job on getting maintenance done, and that my car was spotless. He also suggested something else that I could do for maintenance and I told him I would be back again and have it done . He suggested also that I have my tires rotated. I had that done today also. Thanks Mr. Matol and Honda.
Mr. Harrison and technician did a great job from having my car well taken care of from start to end. I will have another vehicle to be brought in the future for another state inspection.

It took 3 hours for an oil change, inspection and tire patch. This was unacceptable especially since my husband was waiting for the vehicle the entire time. We needed to have another repair done but chose to hold off because that would have taken an additional hour. Service today was disappointing
Don did a great job and he is one of your best employees. Very efficient service manager - he makes things happen.
