The receptionist was as rude as possible and was wurst is that she was acting that she was rude plus she acting like she didn’t even care that her attitude was negative even though that I told her and she acted careless and the sadest part is that I had purchased 2 vehicles in priority and unfortunately I have to deal with her **** every time that I have to take my vehicle for service My cuestión is what can you do for me?

The #1 priority oil change dealership. I tried three so far and would not recommend Norfolk ford location. Honda location very friendly to the customer.
