He was amazing and I look forward to providing feedback. He explained everything that I should expect for the scheduled service as well as a concern I had with my key fob not working occasionally. When he saw that my car wouldn’t be ready at the time I asked, he called and provided detailed reasons why they would have to extend the repair time. I have to say that I’ve had my Honda since December 2021 and he has been the absolute best with regards to customer service. So please pass along my kudos to him (even though I also showered him with praise). Thank you!
