I appreciate those who took care of me and my vehicle. I appreciate the quality service, but I was not satisfied with the length of time it took. Does it usually take over 2.5 hours for an oil change? Maybe they are booking too many appointments per time slot?

Michael displayed exceptional service to me on today and was very helpful in my decision making.

Micheal was great! However I called and made an appointment (not with Micheal) for 10:45. I asked the lady about how long it would take and I was told a hour-hour and a half. I was on time for my appointment. I was asked when I needed my car back by and I said 1. I didn’t get my car back until almost 3. I had to miss my appointment so I honestly wasn’t happy or satisfied at all.
He was very polite on the phone and reviewed the recommended services but was not pushy.
He was very professional and personable. Great guy!!
