The women that helped me was beyond professional and very helpful! I forgot her name but she explained everything to me and got me to pass inspection with the payment plan that the dealership offers! I still have work to do on my car but when I do come back, I will probably have her help me again!

Acknowledge customer is in building prior to a 3 hour wait after being told your service rep is at lunch have a seat and he will be with you in a minute. To be spoken to with respect when you call regarding a tire you have already paid for to find out if it has come in instead of being put off and replied to unprofessionally and abruptly by service phone personnel Tracie. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Priority over the years and have referred many of my friends and clients. I am saddened and disappointed by my customer experience of yesterday and today. My 20 dollar adjustment did not replace the 6 hours of my life and the disregard of me being a Loyal customer.
