I always have a great experience at Priority Honda in Hampton, Va!
Donna was wonderful, she noticed the messed up inspection sticker, due to a windshield change. Asked if I wanted to do my yearly inspection a few weeks early. That fixed the sticker issue and saved me having to make a separate trip back for an inspection.
The past few times I’ve been there to have my car serviced, it always seems to be some sort of issue. Each time, upon arrival, I’m asked if I want my cat to be ran through the complimentary car wash and I pleasantly accept. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, they run through what was done and are always sure to include that in the service detail provided however my car has not been washed. I took pictures this time for proof. I know this may seem small, but it’s truly bad customer service. Don’t offer it if you aren’t going to provide it. Not to mention, I am called every time to have something additional recommended & every time I tell them to proceed. Making my total for service increase which I don’t mind paying for, but when I’m paying hundreds each time, that is the least you all could do. I mentioned that in my last review with the same person and here we are again.
Thanks for the service group honesty because the two filters that were recommended were not in stock and I wasn't charged for work not performed.

Prompt, courteous helpful and informative - checking our service history to be sure service needed would not be forgotten nor doing a service already performed. We were called right away upon completion for vehicle pickup resulting in less inconvenience being without a vehicle for several hours.
