Bethany was great although I did have to ask how much longer it would be since I was there for 2 hours for my brakes. Two other people check me in when I arrive since Bethany was not available. The first gentleman who checked me in could use some customer service skills, but I believe he was one of the guys that work on the vehicles and was trying to help out since they were backed up and I explained I had an appointment which surprises me that some of those tags are not pre-filled out integration, information, the vehicle, license plate, etc. since you continually bring your vehicle in for service and had to provide that information which would save time for both Customer as well as everyone there. They have to verify the information and add the current mileage. But then I gave my tag to another gentleman who was checking in on the computer and I told him I had an appointment and he printed the information and told me mine that was zero so I double check the information to say but I’m here for an appointment for my brakes worked on and a reinspection, so that paperwork could actually be printed in advance as well and clip to your tag paperwork. Just some thoughts to reduce wait times
