Donna is an excellent service advisor. She treated me as if were the only customer she was helping. She explained the problem with my car and kept me advised throughout the repair process while the parts were on back order. She assisted me in getting a rental vehicle. She is very knowledgeable about what was being done to my car and explained the process to me. Priority Honda is fortunate to have Donna as a member of its service team.

I was called in for a open recall and was told my parts are not onsite. Even though my appointment was weeks scheduled. My car was kept all day to measure.

I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. My vehicle was completed timely. I had my oil changed along with spark plugs and timing belt replacement. My car is preforming as if brand new. I’m very pleased with service persons and the mechanic’s work.

Mr Knox was fine- It's your so called expert mechanic I have a problem with. He turned a 700$ service into one costing. 1600$, because he was unable to deal with a problem that several Odyssey owner were able handle without causing damage to the intake manifold. My next project is a BBB complaint.

Bethany is great. I picked up my car and some other guy helped me though, and it makes no sense that it cost $275 to simply replace a $14 o-ring in the oil filter exchange that y’all probably damaged when doing my oil change today.
