Donna was excellent! She was polite and kind. The service team is good, however, I’m concerned about what’s happening in service. The time before my visit today, my tire caps on my brand new car were removed and I had to get more sent. This time I left and the tire pressure light came on and I had to call and get a hard reset. It shouldn’t have come on 15 minutes after leaving dealership. Overall, great team.

I waited for two hours for the inspection of my car. Then I asked why it was taking so long. I found that the keys were on the desk but no paperwork was being done. I don't know I was waiting without no reason.

Trade in appraisal should have been done just picked up the car when Mr Salter was out of the office to provide to me.
Work seems to have been done properly and in a prompt manner. Communications were great throughout the process and I appreciate the suggestions of additional needed work.
The drop off process is efficient, wish the ability to pay prior to pickup still existed.
