I was informed by your service advisor, Michael, who is very professional, and very kind and courteous that my battery was fine however, the very next day my battery died, and I ended up having to get a jumpstart and ended up taking it to fire **** on Sunday for them to service my battery on Monday and replace it ending up paying a total of $333 and some change when it was diagnosed with you that I had more time with my battery and that was it quite discouraging because I trusted that Huntet provided me with the correct information

Jeanette Wright and the service team fixed our issue and kept us informed throughout the process.
It took 2 hours for o get am inspection and oil change which is much longer than normal. Also the service guys who did the oil change didn’t reset the maintenance readout. Nor did they fill up the windshield washer fluid. Let’s hope they did change the oil! No one advised me of what maintenance would be coming up as is the norm in the past. Never had this negative experience before. Not Bethany’s fault, she was great! Fit
