Your team left a hole in my oil pan the. Attempted to deny it. Then when they discovered they couldn’t replace the part that day I was pawned off with a rental. The service manager who was supposed to inform me of this was too busy trying to get out the door. I do have to say that the lady who did give me the correct info was apologetic and very helpful. You and your team need to do a better job of customer service. If you make a mistake be adults about it and own up to them. I’m considering paying for my future oil changes if I can have comfort in knowing it will be done correctly.
