I was treated very nicely and my car was done exactly when it was said it would be done.
Elysia was very helpful. She explained things to me and kept me posted during the service. I had a good experience.
Everything was great but one thing they left the plastic on the seat and I had to take it off and throw it away.

Your team left a hole in my oil pan the. Attempted to deny it. Then when they discovered they couldn’t replace the part that day I was pawned off with a rental. The service manager who was supposed to inform me of this was too busy trying to get out the door. I do have to say that the lady who did give me the correct info was apologetic and very helpful. You and your team need to do a better job of customer service. If you make a mistake be adults about it and own up to them. I’m considering paying for my future oil changes if I can have comfort in knowing it will be done correctly.
