The car was dirty but clean when it came in the shop. The trunk cover was not put back in place and created a dip. The inside panel near where the inspection sticker was placed had brown smudge from his filthy fingers. Awful experience today, I was so disappointed when my car returned home to me. It was cleaned the day before it was brought into to the shop. I had to clean up the dirty mess and fix the trunk cover making it level. So disappointed in my favorite Honda place in Hampton Roads. Shameful
I was dissatisfied by the amount of time it took to get the work done. I waited for 3 hours in the dealership even though I had an appointment to get a new key fob programmed which seems unreasonable. It caused me a lot of inconvenience. Adam, the service associate, was very courteous and professional. No complaints about the service offered by him.
The 3 jobs completed were very simple jobs,oil change, coolant, and inspection. They were completed. Good job.

I presented my problem with James Comey on Tuesday afternoon, answered my questions and concerns and suggested I come to dealership first thing Wednesday morning. In a very for short time, I was back on the road.
No comment, other than I will keep an eye on the gas cap and see if the light comes back on
James was friendly and professional. Upfront about wait time, and accurate. Only complaint I have is about the facility. There are neither trash nor cigarette containers outside. As result, many cigarettes present on the ground along with a few small pieces of trash. Lastly, extremely limited seating on the outside of facility. I hate waiting inside for my service.

Opportunity for improvement: We have purchased many new cars throughout the years and some from Priority. Nowhere else have they insisted the oil not be changed until the vehicle reaches 15%. I am very unsatisfied with that mandate. We also have many family members with Hondas from outside the area. No one else has ever heard of such a thing.
Would be nice to have a sticker on windshield to remind of next oil change. Been told it would be done but doesn’t happen. Jim was great.
