The customer service was great. There were things out of the dealership's control, personnel not coming to work. Which created a different experience. This is a good service department with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you.
Michael was most helpful but parts needed were not available until the next day after bringing my vehicle in for an appointment scheduled a week earlier for the part replacement. It would have been more convenient for me for the part to have been made available in time for my scheduled appointment.
Donna was most courteous and helpful toward me, the ONLY concern I have is that my most prestigious vehicle smelled like a oil following the service and there was spots of some liquid/fluid on my driver's seat.. there was no covering on the seat when I picked it up and I felt highly uncomfortable at the presence of the male rep who drove it into the service area. I take pride in driving a clean and clean smelling vehicle.This is highly concerning!!!!!
