I'm satisfied with the attempted repair however the problem has returned. Specifically, an error message "Shift to Park" has returned. The replacement part only temporarily resolved the problem.
Another error message problem has presented itself, "SD Card Error, SD card has been removed." The SD card was not removed. Tried to reinsert no joy! Called Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake and ordered a new one. Have yet to pick it up and see if it resolves the problem.

I have always had very pleasant experiences when I come to Priority Honda Hampton. Everyone treats me so respectfully and does exactly what I ask them to do on my car. You have great employees!! I really do like the fact that I get free oil changes and appreciate the reminders.

Ms Meeks was very professional and courteous. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I am concerned that I am not a priority customer anymore since the priority dealership where I bought the car is now a loyalty dealership. Ms Meeks told me I would not be eligible for the free lifetime oil change and inspections. That’s very upsetting.
