Great customer service as always. Made sure my 2021 Civc Type R Limited Edition didn't go in the car wash and possiblyget damaged. Which I greatly appreciate.
He got to me as soon as I pulled up he was very very courteous, and at the day of my appointment my light came on for B1. He could take care of that, and he also realign my I think he said for real I’m not sure everything was done in a timely manner. I was very happy with the work he did.

Bethany is my favorite service advisor!!! She is a familiar face since you all opened a location in Hampton. Just overall the best attitude and walks me through things so I understand. Always the best interactions with her!!! She can’t leave!!!!
I was not called and informed my SUV was ready for pick up. I did not receive a text message. The reminder sticker that is placed on the driver side windshield was not changed to record the new mileage reminder for when the next oil change is due. My vehicle was at the dealership 3 hours longer than it needed to be because i was not informed that it was ready.
Our service person was great. She listened to our needs and wants. Everything worked out great. Car washed and looked shiny.thank you.

I was told that I would get a complimentary car wash with my services. I was told that it has been completed, however a quick walk around the vehicle showed that there was no way it was washed! Not a big deal, but if you told me you washed it and didn't how do I know you completed the other work you told me you did?
