Took 3 hours to get oil change, rotated tires. Told them about right door incident, said to make note of it because it couldn't be duplicated. Asked about side view mirrors, that took all of 1 minute to make me understand that. Asked about brights not performing as expected and the BRKE warning inappropriate behavior. That shouldn't have taken 3 hours
