My car was due for a tire rotation, but I was told I didn’t need it. As I drove away and got to the interstate, my tire pressure light came on and the rain became heavier, so I decided to drive home instead of driving back. I had to pump air in my tires as they were very low. They could have at least checked the tire pressures.

I was disappointed to see that there were no rentals available when I arrived. When I booked it asked if I wanted one so one should have been available. The price when I booked was 35-45 but when I got there all they had were $80 rentals.

I requested an oil change and my dash is still showing 30 percent oil life. When I tried to call the service department to ask about it, the call was answered by a phone service. Nobody called me back. Also, my seat was set way back, my headlights were no longer set to automatic
