My battery replacement at 42k miles should have been prorated rather than charged full price. (Battery stated 100-month warranty. I was told I didn't buy the battery, so no warranty. I bought the vehicle WITH that battery in it.)

This is the 3rd time that I took the car there and the air conditioner still doesn’t work. I paid a lot of money and the problem wasn’t fixed. I will be bringing the vehicle back again with the hopes that Honda fixes the issue. The reason I brought the car to Honda is because I trust Honda to fix it properly. I look forward to Honda fixing the problem that already paid you to fix 3 times. It’s not right I look forward yo Honda making it right and doing the right thing.
