Don worked personally with me from start to finish. He made sure he knew exactly what my concerns were about my vehicle. I had planned to stay with the vehicle, but found it nice that the shuttle could bring me home while I waited.
Don called back with an update exactly when he said he would. He thoroughly explained all test that were run and the outcomes.
I could not have asked for a better service appointment.

The service team is always great. Everyone is very polite and explains the pricing up front so there are no surprises. A very well run department.
I was really not happy that I had to go get my own vehicle that was all the way in the back of the lot near where the trees are and it was raining. And then the plastic was still on the seat and the paper mat was still on the floor so I had to remove those before I could even get in.
I have always given the service department very high marks, but unfortunately, today was not one of those days. Even the cashier was a little bit grumpy unfortunately

I would appreciate the steering wheel to be possibly wrapped in plastic for my next visit, I was able to get the grease off of the white leather so everything is fine. But that is my only comment.
