I am very pleased with the service of my Priority purchased 08 CRV and decided to bring my 04 Mazda 3, that was purchased at another dealership that I have become somewhat displeased with their service department, to you for routine service. I made an appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection weeks in advance. And was denied service upon arrival. I had very reasonable expectations - please change the oil in my vehicle (which is what I made the appointment for, and what I was assured would happen when I made the appointment, and what was included with the purchase of my vehicle). And I made those expectations very clear. But the employee told me flatly - I am not going to do that. And if that means that you leave unhappy, so be it.

My service was the quickest it’s ever been, and Adam kept me updated when my car service would be completed shortly, and made sure that my car was pulled right to the front which made it much easier for me to get my toddler in and ready! I had no communication with my representative. I had to call and get updates and those weren’t of any use. Had my car for three days and the only true and helpful updates and information came once I spoke to a manager.
