My driving seat was out of place i have one leg missing couldnt drive untill i reposition it where it was when i came in
Squeezed my vehicle into already busy service/ maintenance schedule. Although my issue wasn’t resolved as quickly first indicated because of part supply issues, I am grateful for the support in trying to accommodate my schedule.
The customer service was excellent. Also, the waiting area was comfortably appealing. Also, the cashier made you feel right at home. ????

Service was not good I had to bring my vehicle in three times for the same issue and still not fixed! The service advisor Adam was rude and did not provide professional service , he lied about performing all the services on my vehicle but upon sending the estimate service order to the service manager we discovered he did not do all the work. I paid for a balance and I checked my tires the psi pressure was different in all tires, 27 and 28 in the front tires and 29 and 27 in the rear and should have been 32! Adam was rude and told me that he was not paying for nothing and I needed to talk his manager! I was been a customer of Priority Honda for many years and I must admire the service Dept is not what it use to be! I spent nearly $4K and still have issues and had to experience rudeness which is not acceptable! My car ran fine before I took it there other than the oil leaks now I noise, vibration, and all they can say is it is the age of the vehicle! Service like is definitely not recommendable and I will file a complaint with corporate! From an unhappy customer!
