Donna clearly and completely explained the service needs on my vehicle. She also facilitated my use of a service coupon that I received by email from priority Honda. I felt Donna gave me honest advice on service and I have confidence in the work that was performed.

The service guy was ok. I have a big problem with the person that scheduled me for service. I told them that I had bought a key blank to have a key cutaneous programmed for my vehicle. I get to the dealership and I am told we don't cut keys that are aftermarket. The key I bought had every number match that my original key does so I don't think this should be so Honda can get there $150 for a key Blank then charge $78 to program. Not a happy customer.
