I was shocked to have a flat tire and learn I had to have 4 new tires! I thought they wouLd be too expensive to get them from Honda! Imagine my surprise to find Honda was the least expensive but still Michelin! Donna made everything so easy and really quick. Tires arrived the next day and service was excellent, fast and efficient! Donna was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even saved me money. I think I will always bring my Odyssey to her. Very happy with with my experience!

I’m really disappointed in level of detail and also the level of service. They offered to wash my car for free but that did not happen. I’m used to having a sticker put in my window with the next time that my oil change is going to be due, but that did not happen. my car had finished service but I was not informed of it and I had to go and ask to verify that my car was actually done. Then after that I had to walk out to my car to go get it after this service person forgot to give me my key Which I was informed normally the car is retrieved and brought through the service lane. I feel like the attention to detail was very lacking and the overall service just for an oil change took over three hours today.

Car wash at wash wasn’t done when I picked up the car and they added on all these extra charges that were brought to my attention before I brought the car there
