Dropped car off at 9:00 am, unfortunately the TPMS light did not stay on. Advisor said I could leave car and they would check out tires At 11:28 am I received text from Ms Potter thanking me from dropping off car and if I had any questions to respond to text . At 4:28 pm I text asking status of car when I didn’t receive reply I went to dealership to inquire as to why I didn’t get answer. I was told the text was automated. I was then told they were under staffed. Why wasn’t I told that?!!! Advisor told me he was trying to contact other clients. Very disappointed with subpar performance. I have bought 3 cars there but if this type of service is what I can expect I will go somewhere else next time!!!
