Oil change was fine. I was offered to get a car wash. I agreed and thought wow, they do that. Great! When I received my car it still had spots where it didn’t even look like it had be touched and water spots all over so it was not wiped down as well. Had to take to a car wash afterwards. I know my car was pretty dirty but if you are going to just do a rish job like that, please just tell me you don’t have time. The front Assistant was great with everything!! Excellent service. I do enjoy coming here and the service is great.

Although Dante was very helpful, I am disappointed with Honda service! Upon picking my car up I discovered a nail in my tire. I don’t understand why service did not see this when they were checking my tires for the monthly inspection. They found that I needed windshield wiper refills and charged me $28. Now I have to return to Honda to have the nail removed and the tire plugged. An inconvenience when my car was already in your shop. I would like an explanation b/c I am very disappointed that I have to return again.

Service on my vehicle was great from beginning to end. Priority Honda fit my truck in for an oil change with a busy schedule. One of the service reps helped me even before they opened this morning to fill out the info for drop off. Service went great and quick, and my rep that stayed in contact with me was fantastic start to finish.
