Michael and the rental associate were extremely professional and gave great service, however it was a turn off to feel unwanted by an older white male in the service garage area at drop off (no customer greeting, just staring at myself and my family) and then the same feeling at check out by an older white receptionist. I came all the way from the other side of the city to be seen at this establishment and I’m not sure that I would come back again.

Thank you. Michael won me back as a customer which is something I never thought was possible. I always dreaded having to go to places like that and the first experience I had at the Priority Service Center had made it even worse. I was sad too because I love the dealer and finance manager there and was afraid that I would never be able to deal with them again. But Michael was so kind.

Elysia was great she answered all my questions and my car was ready way quicker than I expected. She didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciated I told her what I wanted done and she made it happen.

I came in for an oil change and state inspection, However the oil change was not completed. I understand people make mistakes. However, this mistake did cost me time and it was an inconvenience. Also mostly it places a little distrust feeling about the technician and the staff and their capability. Thank you again for assistance and patience.
