Adam was awesome as usual. He maintained open communication with me and answered all of my questions. He is always professional and personable. When I came to get my vehicle, everyone was helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who assisted me with getting my invoice because Adam was helping another customer. But I do remember he was wearing a suit and said his other clothes were ruined for some reason. This person saw me waiting in line and assisted me right away. This type of service makes it enjoyable coming to Priority considering I have every intention on keeping my Pilot for a while and plan to keep coming to this station for maintenance and service.

Very kind & quick) I am not sure if it was noted or not, when the appointment was made, I wanted the passenger door checked since it wil not lock or unlock unless I remember to do it. I forgot until I almost got home & then remembered, it was 2 be noted when I called in. Anyway I still need it done.
